George Webb liked to call his restaurant a “hamburger parlor.” It left no doubt about the house specialty. It also let you know how you’d be treated—like a guest, where you could feel at home enjoying a leisurely meal. Since those days our specialties have gone well beyond burgers, and our 24-hour “Anytime” breakfast has become practically legendary. But our hospitality is the same as ever. Next time you visit, make yourself at home as you pore over the menu. With so many favorites, it may take you a while to decide. That’s ok. There’s no hurry at the “hamburger parlor.”
